Welcome to Pioneer Caravan Park, proudly operated by Tenax Parks.

Since taking over, we’ve been making steady improvements across the park to create a more comfortable and enjoyable place to stay. This includes newly paved roads and refreshed cabins with updated flooring, kitchens, appliances and bedding.

We’re located just five minutes from town, directly opposite the historic Pioneer Village Museum, making it an easy and convenient base for your visit.
​
There’s a range of accommodation to suit different travellers, including spacious three-bedroom cabins, modern studio cabins, and powered drive-through and caravan sites.

Our focus is simple. We want to offer a clean, comfortable and welcoming place where you can relax and enjoy your stay.

On arrival. (Check in after 2pm, Check out 10am)
Give us a call and book your caravan space or cabin with the park team and on arrival pop into the office to check in and pay for your booking.
If you would like a non-contact arrival, you can pay over the phone and register your number plate and drive on through to your desired spot and set up for your stay or collect your room key from a safe drop.
Check in is at 2pm for all cabins. If you are in your own van, you can check in early and explore the local surroundings.
On Departure.
Check out is at 10am for all cabins and caravan spots.
If you have rented a cabin you can leave your key in our drop box at the office.
All stays must be paid on arrival to avoid outstanding balances at the end of your stay.
